RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN PERIOD

In accordance with UK and EU legislation, we offer a 14-day reflection period to return products without the need for justification. This period starts from the date you receive the product.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return process, please:
• Contact us via email: contact@bravenuk.com
• Provide your order number and specify the items you wish to return
• Wait for our instructions on how to ship the product back to us

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• All accessories and gifts received must be included
• The product must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning

4. REFUND

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed:
• Using the same payment method as the original purchase
• Within 14 days after we confirm receipt of the return
• Including the original shipping cost (except in cases of partial returns)

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer:
• Product replacement
• Full refund
• Repair, when applicable
